Information We Collect and Use: Privacy Policy
When we say “information,” we mean data about you that we have obtained from our Service website(s), including your email address and any other details you give us when you sign up for our services or inquire about them. Any information you give us will be kept private and used only to respond to your inquiries, carry out requests made through the site’s features, carry out the conditions of the service, or communicate with you on behalf of the service.
Registration
It is not necessary to register for the Service in order to view the Site. AntivirusOnSales will request information from you in order to provide the Service if you decide to register for it. On the form provided, you will be registering with AntivirusOnSales, and as part of that registration, you may be asked for contact information such as your name and email address.
Total Information
We might occasionally gather broad, anonymous statistical data about how people use the Site and the Service, such as the number of people who visit a certain page on the Site, how long they spend there, and which links, if any, they “click” on. This data is gathered by us via technologies like “cookies” and “IP addresses,” which are covered in more detail below. In order to clarify how the Site and Service are used by our current or potential business partners, other third parties, or in response to a government request, we may also group this information into comprehensive visitor data. Please be assured, though, that this comprehensive data will not be used to individually identify you, other list participants, or any other site visitors.
IP address
When you browse the internet, your computer is given an IP address, which is a number. Your computer’s IP address is automatically used to identify it by web servers, the machines that “serve” web pages. The company gathers IP addresses for system maintenance, to share aggregate data with other parties, and to monitor site usage. Our servers log visitors’ IP addresses when they request pages from the Site or click on a link in a letter provided via the Service. When it will improve user experience or if we believe it is necessary to enforce compliance with the Site’s policies or to protect Company, the Site, its visitors, the Service, our Internet Service Provider partners, the list members, or others, we reserve the right to use IP addresses to identify a visitor or list member.
Cookies
Cookies are small data files that websites download to users’ hard drives to keep track of their activities. Cookies facilitate your web browsing by remembering your choices while you’re on the Site. Most websites employ cookies; it’s a practice recognised throughout the industry. For instance, we might check the subscriber’s login status using cookies on the Site. They are not utilised to keep subscriber transactional or historical subscriber data, or to save personal information. Cookies assist us in determining which portions of the site are and are not popular by displaying how and when visitors use the site. Cookies make it easiest to track data like the total number of visitors and pages visited. We may utilise cookie data to enhance and update the Site and to better target our offerings to the needs of users, list subscribers, and survey respondents.
Through the use of your browser settings, you may always make cookies useless. Most browsers have cookies enabled by default. Your browser can be changed to ignore all cookies or to alert you when one is being sent. Please be aware, though, that if you reject cookies, some Site features might not work correctly or might run more slowly.
Web Beacons / Web Bugs Clear GIFs
Similar to cookies, clear gifs are tiny visuals that include a unique identifier. They are used to track web users’ online activities. Clear gifs, which are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence, are placed covertly in HTML files as opposed to cookies, which are saved on a user’s computer hard drive.
To track which of our HTML-based emails have been opened by recipients, we might utilise clear gifs. This enables us to evaluate the success of particular communications and our marketing strategies. You can choose not to receive our newsletter or other promotional emails by following the instructions provided in each message if you no longer want to.
Profile
Using the data we gather from cookies and clear gifs, we may develop a “profile” of your preferences. To deliver personalised promotions and marketing offers or to enhance the Site’s content for you, we might link your personal information to profile data. Your profile is not disclosed to outside parties.
Sharing and Disclosure of Information: Unless otherwise specified in this Privacy Statement, we will not disclose your personal information to third parties.
Third-party service providers and agents
We may occasionally contract with other companies to carry out specific specialised services, like data processing or other technology services, in order to provide the Service to you. In some circumstances, we may provide those companies access to your personal information, but they are not allowed to keep it or use it in any other way.
Transfer of Control or Assets
As the business grows, we might purchase other companies or their assets or sell all or a portion of our company’s assets. One of the corporate assets involved in such deals is typically customer information.
Customer information, including any visitor data gathered through the Site or the Service, would thus be one of the transferred assets in the event that the Company’s assets were to be entirely or partially purchased by a third party. Users will be notified in accordance with the “Changes to this Policy” section of the policy if their personal information is given to the new corporate entity or asset purchaser in the case of a corporate change in control or sale of all or a portion of our company assets.
We will communicate with you using your name and email address if you have consented to or otherwise meet the requirements to receive these kinds of communication. We offer a method for you to unsubscribe out of respect for your privacy. Look under “Choice and Opt-out” for more information.
Choice/Opt-out:\sService To provide the Service to you, emails are necessary. These communications, which are not commercial in nature, allow you to opt out. You can opt-out and/or cancel your account if you do not want to receive them by following the instructions in each email or by contacting AntivirusOnSales Support at support@AntivirusOnSales.
You may have the option to sign up for further email newsletters or promotional communications from us.
If you have signed up for our newsletter or other promotional communications via email and decide that you no longer want to receive them, you may opt out of receiving them by following the instructions provided in each communication.
Security and Information Protection: We place a high priority on the security of your information. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect sensitive data that you provide on our payment forms, such as credit card numbers.
We safeguard the information you give to us by adhering to generally accepted industry standards, both during transmission and after we receive it. However, no technique of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet is 100 percent secure. As a result, even while we make an effort to safeguard your personal information using appropriate commercial safeguards, we cannot ensure its total security.
Firewalls
We place a high priority on maintaining the security of your personal information. Your information is protected when it is stored by security measures such as “firewalls” (a combination of computer hardware and software that helps prevent unauthorised visitors from accessing information within our computer network), “intrusion detection systems” (a combination of computer hardware and software that helps detect any unauthorised visitors), and other tools like data encryption and data masking. Unfortunately, there is no way to guarantee that any data storage or transmission over the Internet will be 100% safe.
As a result, despite our best efforts to safeguard your privacy and personal information, we are unable to ensure the security of any information you disclose or transmit to us online, and we cannot be held liable in the event that your personal information is lost, stolen, destroyed, or accidentally disclosed.
Other Website Links
Please be aware that you can be taken to other websites outside of our control when you are on the Site or when you get an email message from us through the Service. Links on the pages of the Site or in emails we communicate to you may lead you away from it and to other websites. Visitors may receive their own cookies from these other websites, which may also gather data or ask for personal information. These other websites’ privacy policies can differ drastically from this one. We cannot guarantee the security of any of your personal information acquired on these other sites, nor are we liable for their privacy policies. It should be noted that when you click a link to a third party site from the Site, you might see pre-populated data fields with your personal information; however, unless you take specific actions on the third party’s site, like submitting a form, that information is not made available to the third party.
Children’s Privacy: On the Site or through the Service, we do not intentionally collect information from children under the age of 13. Please do not submit any information to us if you are under the age of 13. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to remove information from our database if we learn that we have collected it from a child under the age of 13 inadvertently.
Modifications to this Policy: This Privacy Policy’s terms are subject to periodic modification. If we make any significant changes to this privacy statement, we’ll let you know by revising the “Effective” date at the top of this privacy statement and putting a notice about the change on the site’s home page for a fair amount of time after the change is made. We advise you to periodically check this page for updates. You will be deemed to have accepted modifications if you use the Site in the future and participate after they are posted.
After receiving valid payment, all products/services will be delivered in no more than 48 working hours.
