Refund & Returns Policy

AntivirusOnSales works hard to give its clients exceptional customer service and reasonable return policies. We provide a 30-day product guarantee in order to make sure that our clients are happy with the product(s) they order. AntivirusOnSales will give fresh, unused items a full refund within 30 days after delivery, less shipping charges. To get permission to return any item, send us an email at support@AntivirusOnSales before doing so.

For any AntivirusOnSales shipping error, AntivirusOnSales will cover the cost of return postage for any faulty or damaged items. Customers should anticipate getting their refunds in two to four weeks. This estimate takes into account processing of refunds, authorisation checks, and shipping times for returning items to our company. Only the original mode of payment can be used to give refunds. If you receive a wrong or damaged item as a result of our mistake and would like a replacement, AntivirusOnSales will pay the cost of returning the wrong item and sending the right one to the client via enhanced shipping. There is a 30-day cancellation notice period for subscriptions.

To ensure that the product hasn’t been activated or tampered with before, AntivirusOnSales will submit the product/license key through manufacturer verification for electronic delivery. AntivirusOnSales will refund the purchase price of the product in the form of the original method of payment after this verification process is finished and the product has passed. Open License – AntivirusOnSales has the right to impose a 15% restocking fee on orders for Open License that have already been distributed or delivered.

Retail Licenses: After fulfilling retail orders, AntivirusOnSales reserves the right to impose a 15% restocking fee.

Orders for anti-virus software that have already been delivered may be subject to a 25% restocking fee from AntivirusOnSales.


Almost any address in the globe can be shipped to by us. Be aware that some products are subject to limitations, and some products cannot be sent to foreign countries.

The expected delivery time for an order placed online or through our customer service department depends on a number of variables, including the destination, the shipping method, and the time the order was placed. Most goods are shipped the same day. For each shipping option, the following processing and delivery times are approximations:

Ground: processing takes 1-2 days. Delivery will take 4–10 business days. Quick Saver: 1–2 days for processing. Delivery will take 2-4 business days. Standard Overnight: 1 to 2 days for processing. Delivery will take one business day. Please remember that these are only estimates. Your product might arrive earlier than expected if it becomes available sooner.


Your calls may be recorded for internal quality-of-service monitoring purposes. You would be expressly informed of this, and you are free to end the call and ask for a call that might not be recorded.


You will receive the appropriate product/license key by email the same day your order is confirmed if you purchase your product(s) and it is specified that they have an electronic delivery method or download.
